'Nervous Nick's' Austin Gasser |
Nick's 1948
Austin Gasser - 'Nogbad the Bad' is powered by a 289 Ford small block backed up
by a C4 box. Originally built by Mike Taylor in the early 80's, Mike sold the
car to a local rodder who then parked it in a Bristol lock up for over 15 years
until Nicks intervention. Nick is a member of the 'Nervous Surgeons' club and
is based in Buckinghamshire. Find out more at the Nervous Surgeons web site

Russ Price's '55 Chevy Gasser

| |
Russ's '55 Gasser runs a marine application 454 BBC which was originally running
reverse rotation, as it came out of a speed boat. With a mild cam, soon to
be fitted with a Weiand tunnel ram, and a 9 inch axle is set to replace the
Camaro unit fitted now. Front axle is straight tube, built by Merv Barnett.
Work involved replacement of the complete floor pan, and Volvo radiused arches
were fitted. This was a local car bought off Mike Taylor who in turn purchased it many moons
ago from Archie (an old local rodder ).
Good luck to Russ who aims to run in the 'Gasser Circus'. |
